More and more research shows that strategic relaxation; short afternoon naps, meditation or deep relaxation can boost productivity, happiness, energy and joy.
Do you have an intentional practice of renewal/relaxation? By renewing your energy, you will experience more joy and less stress; better focus and productivity will follow.
One way to cultivate deep relaxation is to engage in Tension Release Exercises (TRE®). TRE® comprise 7 exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress and tension from the core of the body. With TRE® you will discover how to “turn on” your body’s own “reset button” while activating healing, recovery and a feeling of your best self again.
When TRE® (small vibrations, quivering, shaking, swaying of the body) is activated in a safe environment, the body is encouraged to return to a state of balance, calming down the nervous system. The exercises are simple and effective systems you can learn and use on your own. Most people find it soothing and leave sessions with a calm yet alert mind and body.
In 6 sessions, you will learn to initiate, become familiar with, observe and manage your body’s own natural release mechanism. You will now have a wonderful tool for life to keep stress and tension under control. TRE® is simple, gentle and effective.
TRE® is a great tool for wellness but can also be used to release sore or tight muscles after sports.

Evening: 12th of November and happens weekly on Thursdays until 17 December from 7-8:30pm.
Daytime: 10th November and happens weekly on Tuesdays until 15 December from 11-12:30pm.

TRE® will be taught by Lene Bisgaard. Lene is a Certified Coach & TRE® Practitioner with focus on Stress management and Personal Development. Her goal is to help you to get to know your body better and practice TRE® on your own so that you can live a stress free life and reach your personal potential. She leads her classes with compassion and a sense of humor, creating a supportive and safe environment. Lene also offers classes for individuals, families and couples.
TRE® is not suitable if you are pregnant or if you have had abdominal surgery within the last 3 months.
Classes will be taught at Alive Wellness in Central Hong Kong.
