Tension Release Exercise (TRE®) is a simple self-help technique designed to release deep chronic stress and tension from the body. TRE® has been successfully taught to thousands of people worldwide and works primarily by generating a self-induced tremor to regulate the central nervous system’s stress response. Everyone can benefit from TRE®, which has been reported to reduce general stress, anxiety, tension and pain (especially in lower back and pelvis).
WHO IS TRE® FOR?
TRE® is for relationship stress, work stress, young people, victims of medical trauma, victims of crime and accidents, grief, health issues and trauma.

How does it work

By practicing a preventative technique like TRE®, we can prevent stress and tension levels from elevating to a point of chronic illness. When contractions release, the body takes on greater flexibility and resilience.
