About TRE®

Tension Release Exercise (TRE®) is a simple self-help technique designed to release deep chronic stress and tension from the body.  TRE® has been successfully taught to thousands of people worldwide and works primarily by generating a self-induced tremor to regulate the central nervous system’s stress response. Everyone can benefit from TRE®, which has been reported to reduce general stress, anxiety, tension and pain (especially in lower back and pelvis).

WHO IS TRE® FOR?

TRE® is for relationship stress, work stress, young people, victims of medical trauma, victims of crime and accidents, grief, health issues and trauma.

How does it work

You will experience seven simple exercises that promote relaxation by gently triggering a natural shaking response  in the body. You’ll discharge blocked energy and leave with an improved sense of well-being.

By practicing a preventative technique like TRE®, we can prevent stress and tension levels from elevating to a point of chronic illness. When contractions release, the body takes on greater flexibility and resilience.
