TRE® is based on the fundamental idea, backed by recent research, that stress, tension and trauma is both psychological and physical. TRE® is a technique designed to release deep chronic tension and stress from the body. It allows neurogenic muscle tremors in the core of the body. The tremors are triggered by simple exercises. Just as animals tremor to release stress so too can we.

Tremoring is innate to all of us. It’s a completely natural self-healing process. The process is easy to learn and does not require drugs, medicine, external analysis of mind, just the body’s natural way of sorting itself out.

How does it work?

A TRE® session last between 60-90 minutes.  We suggest a series of 4-6 weekly sessions to empower you to master the tremoring on your own. You will now have a wonderful tool for life to keep stress, anxiety and tension under control.

TRE® is not suitable for people who have had abdominal surgery within the last 3 months or who are pregnant.
